It was in late December 2013 that a familiar restaurant in the Atlanta suburb of Suwanee got socked with a “U” rating on a routine health inspection by the Gwinnett Health Department.
But now, Dillard’s BBQ & Biscuits seems to be putting on a new face. The eatery at a busy intersection near City Hall has some new signage out front and on the side, which says “under new management.”
In that December inspection, mice droppings were noted throughout the facility, according to the Gwinnett Health Department report, which was reported by Suwanee Patch. In a follow-up inspection in January, Dillard’s rebounded with a “B” rating, but sometimes the damage from a “U” rating is hard to overcome.
So we’ll see how Dillard’s fares with a new approach.
